Grant Hiscock
With over 20 years of experience in the design industry, Grant has built a reputation for crafting beautiful, functional spaces that enhance everyday living. He began his career running a successful Interior Design and Decorating Consultancy, where his passion for thoughtful design naturally evolved into a focus on kitchen spaces. Throughout his career, Grant has worked closely with clients to deeply understand their vision and translate their ‘wish list’ into tailored, practical solutions. His approach is both creative and client-focused—balancing innovative thinking with a commitment to meeting the unique needs and lifestyles of each individual. Grant’s designs stand out not only for their aesthetic appeal but also for their functionality. His ability to solve spatial and usability challenges with elegance and precision is a hallmark of his work. For Grant, great design is more than just visual impact—it’s about making life easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable.
Jane Ellison
Jane graduated from CPIT in New Zealand with a diploma in Interior Design and Decor in 2003. Her love for Interior Design grew after working for a number of years in Soft Furnishing and Colour Consulting before returning to her hometown Brisbane in 2007 to begin her extensive career in Kitchens where she found her true calling and passion. Jane’s open and welcome personality makes her a perfect fit for KBK along with her experienced background in custom made cabinetry. She has the ability to adapt to each clients style to create a space that is uniquely individual.
Caitlyn Van Beest
Caitlyn brings a thoughtful, creative, and approachable bubbly energy to the team at KBK. After Graduating with a Diploma in Interior Design Caitlyn began her career specialising in bathroom and kitchen tapware selections, where she discovered a strong desire to work in kitchen and cabinetry design. Driven by a love for design and the belief that every space tells a story, Caitlyn works closely with clients to curate kitchens that reflect their lifestyle and enhance the way they live. From concept to completion, each space is crafted with care, clarity, and a deep understanding of how design can transform the everyday.
